September 1st starts the new year of The Great American Apparel Diet .
I am a procrastinator and I will start today, Sept. 2nd.
It doesn't really make a big difference since yesterday, I didn't buy new clothes, shoes, accessories.
I will encourage the people around me to stop buying new.
